“~Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.”~Proverbs 31:30, NIV~

Be still and go in peace.

~”Go in peace.”~2 Kings 5:19, ESV~

Throughout life, I have learned many valuable life lessons. I have learned that people will disappoint you. Material things do not last. And even money cannot fill the void of the human soul, regardless of how much money that you spend or how much money that you have in your checking account.

My relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ is what matters the most because He is my peace. He gives me peace in the good times. He provides me peace in the bad times. He instills within me a peace that is incomprehensible to the human mind and soul that gives me a reason to live this life. I live because He lives, in the Name of Jesus Christ.

For me, Godly peace is what allows me to forgive those that have hurt me in the past. Godly peace is what allows me to be able to look at someone in the face without harboring harsh feelings towards them. Godly peace is what gives me authority to triumph over unrest in this world. I live because of this Godly peace that I experience.

Godly peace allows me to experience all of my life to the fullest. Godly peace allows me to be able to unconditionally love————at a distance and to a person’s face. Godly peace is what overcomes doubt, fear, mental illness, and other unfounded phobias. Godly peace is still. Godly peace reigns within me.

~”Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.”~Hebrews 4:1, KJV~

At 27 years old, I have gone through many valleys. I have climbed many mountaintops. I have victory every time because of the Godly peace that is still within my soul. I am not emotionally broken because of this Godly peace that is within me. I am emotionally strong and can do ALL THINGS in Christ because of this Godly peace that is within me.

~”I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”~Philippians 4:13, KJV~

As I search deep within myself, I have found that this Godly peace that I feel is what surpasses my understanding of what has happened in the past. Even though I cannot change the past, I can live in the present and face the future because my heart and my mind is guarded in the peace that I experience in Christ Jesus.

~”She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”~Proverbs 31:25, NIV~

This Godly peace is what provides me great joy too. I have Godly joy because of this Godly peace that I experience, which makes me smile every time that I contemplate how unspeakable that it is. I can close my eyes and meditate on the Truths of what the Word of God states. The Word of the Lord is Godly peace. It is Heavenly and serene. 🙂

~”Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”~Philippians 4:6-7, KJV~

Let us pray, dear reader:

Dear God,

Thank You that You are peace. Thank You that You sent Your Son, Jesus Christ, to die for the sins of this world and to resurrect from the grave so that people of every tribe, tongue, and nation, can experience Your peace. Allow each reader to know that he or she is loved because of this gift of peace that Your Son, Jesus gives. Allow each reader to experience Your peace as Your hand draws them close to You. May each reader see that Your peace is everlasting and is what allows them to conquer sin and death because of this peace that You provided Jesus when He went to the cross. Nail the sins of each reader to the cross so that he or she can experience Your peace today. Give each reader victory today! I give You all of the glory, the honor, and the praise.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen!

God bless You, dear reader! Go in peace!
