I pray. I pray almost every single day in my prayer closet.
As I pray, I let the Holy Spirit of God guide me in everything that I pray. I let the Holy Spirit of God guide me so that I know what I ought to pray, in the Name of Jesus Christ.
~”Pray without ceasing.”~1 Thessalonians 5:17, English Standard Version~
When I pray, I take deep breathes. When I pray, I breathe in and I breathe out. Then, I turn on my Christian music playlist on my phone, listen to it, and pray.
God guides me. Jesus holds me by the right hand. The Holy Spirit of God guides me on paths or righteousness for His Name’s Sake. I let Him lead me beside the quiet waters.
~”The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.“~Psalm 23:1-3, English Standard Version~
As I let the Holy Spirit of God lead me beside the quiet waters, I let Him purify me. I let God purify me as His hands cleanse me of all sins, known and unknown. Jesus is the Ultimate Restorer of my soul. Hallelujah!
In the moments that I pray, I let the peace of God fill up my heart so that I can be completely and wholeheartedly restored in Him. The Lord is my Healer. I receive healing today, in the Name of Jesus Christ.
As I put my head on the green, green grass besides the still waters, I am calm. I become calm in the presence of Almighty God. Rest is my portion. I receive rest as I enter into the arms of the King of kings and Lord of lords today!
I know that God is by my side. God is my Defender. God is my Savior. God is my Rock. God is my salvation. Amen!
It is in and through Christ that I can do all things, I believe, in the Name of Jesus Christ. As I lift up my head from rest, I begin to walk. I walk in freedom. I walk in the freedom that Jesus paid the price for to die for me. Jesus paid the ultimate price for my freedom so that I can walk in freedom, from His death on the cross, and resurrection power today.
~”I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”~Philippians 4:13, King James Version~
I can walk in freedom today. I can walk in the crucifixion power of Jesus Christ today. I can walk in the resurrection power of Jesus Christ today. I am free. I am free indeed. Thank You Jesus! Hallelujah!
And as I begin to walk in this freedom without looking back. I do not look back as I walk, not alone, but with the King of kings and Lord of lords by my side today. Thank You Abba Father for the price that Your only begotten Son paid for me on the cross and through Your resurrection power! Amen!
