Into My Calling

I am excited. I am excited for the future and the plans that God has for my future.

~”For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare, and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”~ Jeremiah 29:11, ESV~

Very recently, I was featured on the podcast, the, “ReaderHouse Author Roundtable,” on an interview regarding my first memoir, “A Victory Song: Beneath the Veil.” This opportunity that the Lord provided for me gave me the opportunity to talk about my book, for approximately fifteen minutes, and share with America and the world the reasons behind the inspiration for my book.

One of the questions that the interviewer asked me was, “How did it feel for you to release your first book?”

I told the interviewer that if felt phenomenal because I felt as I accomplished something so great as publishing my book. My hands even trembled as I held the paperback version of my first book, “A Victory Song: Beneath the Veil,” because I felt great to have accomplished something so great as publishing my first book.

Now, I know that this interview was and is just the first of many interviews regarding my book and that more interviews will be coming ahead as I press on in this calling, as an author, in the Name of Jesus Christ. God is certainly faithful and He has not let me down throughout my calling and time, as an author.

My calling, as an author, is to inspire. My calling, as an author, is to empower and equip. My calling, as an author, is to point my readers to a place of healing, help and hope. through the power of Jesus Christ, in my writings. This calling is not easy. It has not been easy, but with the Lord by my side, as an author, all things are possible. With the Lord by my side, as an author, I can do all things.

If you listen to the broadcast of me speaking on the, “ReaderHouse Author Roundtable,” I indicate to my listeners and fans that, “A Victory Song: Beneath the Veil,” is not the only book that I intend to publish. A second book is in the works right now!!! (At the end of the book, it is indicated as to be continued, which is to show my readers that the book, “A Victory Song: Beneath the Veil,” is going to continue into a second book. I will not tell readers the title of my second book yet, but only when the Holy Spirit of God leads me to do so in His time).

Being featured on the, “ReaderHouse Author Roundtable,” was a success. This is the first of many future talk shows/podcasts that I will be featured on, so stay tuned and continue to follow me on the following platforms for more updates:
